Im in Encanterra, in Queen Creek. Our waterline from the street sprung a leak, and was sending expensive water down the sewer! Steadfast came out immediately. (within an hour of my calling them) and came up with a great solution. The leak was very close to where they would install a pressure reduction valve anyway, so they proposed that we install that, on the piece of pipe that already had a leak in it. This is a great solution because its just a little bit more than fixing the leak, but gives me an insurance policy, going forward that high pressure wont cause leaks in my house. Very happy to recommend them Great service and a great customer engagement

They fixed up my kitchen sink, drain, disposal, and installed a faucet. They had to clean up the mess another plumber left. Steadfast had really good communication with me calling on the way to my house. The quote was really fast and dome by the plumber on the spot after he listed to my request and inspected the work to be done. The quote was more than I expected but in the end it is a fair price for several hours of work. Yes I will call Steadfast again.

After googling for a while of why my backyard hose bib wasnt working it was time to call in the big guys! Steadfast Plumbing sent out Matthew to help me and he was wonderful! I had come up on my 1yr anniversary for my RO system and my original installer (different company) wasn't responding to my requests to get the filter changed, so I contacted Steadfast and they came out the same day to inspect it free of charge, and actually said the filter still had a good 6mths to maybe a year left on it, so there was no need to replace it yet. A friend told me to call them after another company, Johns Plumbing & Heating, tried to tell me I needed a new head on my water softener for almost $1,300. I called Steadfast Thursday and they arrived Friday morning, installed water pressure regulator to prevent Queen Creek Water pressure from flooding my house. When they arrived it was 80psi, QC says its regulated to 50psi. At night it spikes to 100psi.

We are beyond grateful for their services! Last night I talked my husband into trying to cut off the mineralized hose bib that was stuck to the hose and place a shark bite.... in my head this was simple. We'll it was not the shark bite was just shy of a perfect fit, we had to shut off water. I desperately reached out at 9:30 and left a message. I didn't expect a response til the next day.
