I’m Spencer Schwartz – the proud owner of Steadfast Plumbing & Water Treatment LLC.
Born and raised in Southwest Minnesota, I moved to Arizona nine years ago to establish roots with my family. My wife, Ashlynn and I have been happily married for eleven years. Together, we have four wonderful children -Elias, Lyla, Emmy, and River.
With over 15 years of experience in the plumbing industry, I founded my own company to provide exceptional service, quality workmanship and honest solutions for our customers. My goal is to offer not just expertise but also integrity-driven service, ensuring every job is done right the first time.

Meet the Team
Matthew Lugo
Matthew was born in Texas but only lived there for the first 8 months of his life. He grew up in Mesa and stayed there until he was 20. After a few apartment adventures, he bought his first house in Queen Creek at 24. A few years later, he married his wife, and they decided this was the perfect place to raise a family.
Matthew has been in the plumbing industry for about 10 years. His goal at work is simple: get the job done right, keep things clean, and make sure every customer is happy with the work that he does.
Jedediah Nelson
Jed is a proud member and technician of our Steadfast Plumbing & Water Treatment team! Born and raised right here in the East Valley, Jed brings local knowledge and deep-rooted experience to every job.
As a third-generation plumber, plumbing runs in his blood. His mission is simple: to solve your plumbing issues thoroughly and help prevent future problems before they start.
Robbert Hogan
Robbert is a licensed plumber with over a decade of hands-on experience in the trade. Born in Hawaii and raised in California and Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Robbert brings strong Midwestern work ethic and integrity to every job. He began his plumbing career in 2013 and has built a reputation for quality workmanship, honesty, and clear communication. Robbert has a true passion for plumbing and takes pride not only in fixing problems, but in helping customers understand their systems and feel confident in the solutions being provided. He believes in doing the job right the first time and treating every home as if it were his own. Married for 10 years and a proud father of three, Robbert values family, hard work, and service to others. When he’s not on the job, he enjoys sports, spending time with his kids, and living life to the fullest. His commitment to helping people in need and educating others sets him apart in the plumbing industry.
Ashlynn Schwartz
Ashlynn is a key part of the Steadfast Plumbing & Water Treatment team, handling HR, accounting, and many of the behind-the-scenes responsibilities that keep the company running smoothly. She has been married to her husband, Spencer(owner of Steadfast), for nearly 12 years and plays an essential role in supporting both the business and the team. In her role, Ashlynn manages the background details that allow day-to-day operations to function efficiently. From organization and administrative tasks to handling whatever random needs come up, she is always ready to jump in where help is needed. Outside of work, Ashlynn enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and being with her family. Her goal as part of the Steadfast team is to help things run smoothly wherever she’s needed, ensuring the business continues to operate with consistency, care, and support for both employees and customers.
Erica Elwell
Born and raised in Arizona, Erica is a proud Queen Creek resident who understands the importance of strong community connections. She brings a steady, organized, and positive presence to the office and truly cares about taking excellent care of every customer. Outside of work, Erica is a busy mom to two teenage boys and three dogs. When she’s not managing operations, her favorite hobbies include drinking coffee and tackling endless loads of laundry. Erica Elwell serves as the Operations Manager at Steadfast Plumbing & Water Treatment, where she plays a vital role in keeping daily operations running smoothly. From answering calls and supporting customers to handling a wide variety of behind-the-scenes tasks, Erica has jumped right in and quickly made a positive impact on both our team and the customers we serve.
Cheyanne Werner
Cheyanne Werner is a valued member of the Steadfast Plumbing & Water Treatment team, serving as a Dispatcher. Originally from Missouri, Cheyanne brings a calm, organized, and dependable approach to keeping things running smoothly when our customers and technicians need support. Cheyanne’s goal in this role is to help maintain an efficient flow of communication, ensuring both customers and technicians feel supported, informed, and taken care of. Her reliability and attention to detail help Steadfast continue delivering excellent service. Cheyanne was married in November and enjoys spending her free time outdoors. You’ll often find her at the lake or riding dirt bikes when she’s not helping keep operations moving seamlessly behind the scenes. We’re grateful to have Cheyanne on the Steadfast Plumbing & Water Treatment team and appreciate the important role she plays in supporting our customers and technicians.
